The Constituencies Development Fund Board invites eligible firms to submit proposals for Job Evaluation for operations at its Headquarters and at the constituencies.
Interested eligible firms may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents at the Constituencies Development Fund Board Offices.
Tender documents may be collected from the Procurement Office, 5th Floor, Harambee Plaza upon payment of a non - refundable fee of Kshs. 5,000 per set of documents during working hours i.e Monday - Friday between 8.00 am to 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm.
Payment should be made by cash or banker's cheque payable to the Constituencies Development Fund Board. Duly completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked 'Job Evaluation' and addressed to:-

should be posted or deposited in the Tender Box situated on 5th floor at the CDF Board Headquarters so as to be received on or before August 28th, 2009 not later than 10.00 am.
Bulky tender documents which can not go through the slot of the tender box should be delivered to the office of the Procurement officer on 5th floor before the stipulated time. Late proposals will not be accepted.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at Harambee Plaza 9th floor in the Committee Room in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may wish to attend.
