Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender Documents at the Office of the Chief Supplies Officer, KARI Headquarters, P.O. Box 57811 Nairobi, during normal working hours.
A complete set of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KShs 3,000/= of each service provider.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the entrance to the Main Building of KARI Headquarters on Kaptagat Road, off Waiyaki Way on or before at 10.00 a.m. on 26th August, 2009, Bulky or large bid documents which cannot go through the slot of the Tender Box must be delivered to the office of Chief Supplies Officer, KARI Headquarters, Ground Floor Room 151 on or before the stipulated time, i.e 10.00 a.m on 26th August, 2009. Late bids with be rejected.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of the tender.
