Kenya Technical Teachers College Invitation to Tender for Road Works

Kenya Technical Teachers College invites eligible local Contractors for the following tender:

The Proposed Rehabilitation & Re-Carpeting of Access & Internal Roads in Precast Concrete Paving Blocks at KTTC- Nairobi

Requirements

1. Registered roads contractor with Ministry of roads, category G and above.
2. 5 Years experience of similar works in nature and magnitude,
3. Audited accounts for the last five years
4. Annual turnover of not less than Kshs. 20 Million on average,
5. Adequate staff who are qualified, capable and experienced supported by detailed Curriculum Vitae,
6. Litigation history
7. Valid KRA tax compliance certificate,
8. Certificate of incorporation/registration,
9. Tender security of Kshs 500,000 from a recognized bank.

Interested eligible applicants can obtain the tender documents from the Kenya Technical Teachers College, administration block upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh 5,000.

The tenders in plain sealed envelopes marked tender "No. 2/09" should be addressed to:-

And be deposited in the Tender Box in the administration block before 12.00 noon on 25/08/2009. Tender documents shall be opened at 12.30 the same day. Contractors are advised to send their representative.

The tender documents are not transferable.

Kenya Technical Teachers College reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the
tenders either in whole or in part and is not bound to give reasons thereof.
