The National Water Conservation & Pipeline Corporation now invites proposals for the supply, installation and maintenance of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Interested tenderers may obtain tender documents from the office of the Principal Procurement Officer at National Water Conservation & Pipeline Corporation situated along Dunga Road during normal working hours (8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 5,000/= (Five Thousand Only) in cash or bankers cheque in favour of National Water Conservation and Pipeline Corporation.
Prospective tenderers will be expected to undertake the following:
a. Conduct a systems audit in readiness for ERP
a. Supply a suitable ERP system which is in conformity to our needs
b. Installation of the system
c. Training of staff on the system
d. Commissioning of the system and
e. Maintenance
Prospective tenderers who wish to be considered must meet the following conditions:

Prospective tenderers who wish to be considered must meet the following conditions:
- Experience of similar assignments undertaken previously, qualification and capacity to undertake the assignment
- Provide company profile including a copy of registration certificate/ certificate of incorporation, PIN and VAT certificates
- Provide a Bid Bond in form of a Bank Guarantee from a reputable bank or approved insurance company
- Proof of ETR compliance
- Financial turnover of at least 20 million per annum for the last three (3) fiscal years as proved by audited books of accounts.
- Submit a copy of Tax compliance certificate
- Show proof of being an authorized reseller of the proposed ERP software products
- Provide details and firm cost proposals for the post implementation maintenance over a 5 year period

National Water Conservation & Pipeline Corporation reserves the right to reject any tender without giving reasons for the rejection and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
NB: Tenderers who have already been prequalified for Financial Year 2009/2010 need not pay for the document.
