TENDER NO. MONMED/16/2009-2010 - Construction of Balozi - Hardrock-Coffee Garden Drive roads.
The Ministry of Nairobi Metropolitan invites tenders for improvement of Muthurwa CBD Non-Motorist Transport Facility (NMT) and for Construction of Balozi Hardrock-Coffee Garden Drive roads.
Tender documents shall be obtained by the interested candidates from the Chief Procurement Officer at KICC Building, 25th Floor Room No. 2521 during normal working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs.4,000/= payable to Permanent Secretary at Cash Office on 25th Floor KICC Building.
Contractors registered with the Ministry of Roads category G and above are eligible for tenders.
Tenderers are required to submit a TWO (2%) bid security for the tender sum from a Bank, Insurance Company, Financial Institution or a Banker's Cheque.
The security shall remain valid and effective for Ninety (90) days from the date of tender opening.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Name and Reference No and shall be deposited at the Tender Box at 25th floor of KICC Building or to be addressed to:
