Supply and Delivery of Portland Cement to UNMISS, in Juba and State Capitals in Wau and Malakal the Republic of South Sudan

The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicit Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent companies for the requirements stated herein.
Description of General Requirements
Supply and Delivery of Portland Cement to UNMISS, in Juba and State Capitals in Wau and Malakal the Republic of South Sudan
Closing Date for Receipt of EOI: Monday, 19 March 2012
The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicit Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent companies for the requirements stated herein.
Description of General Requirements
- Supply and delivery of Portland cement in 50kg bags, ASTM C-150 type 1 or BS-12 or equivalent international standard to UNMISS, in Juba and State Capitals in Wau and Malakal, the Republic of South Sudan.
- Cement to be delivered in used 20-foot ISO standard sea containers (UNMISS Owned).
Conditions:
Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by hand delivery or e-mail as indicated
below.
The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information:
- Company’s profile, with a minimum of three-year proven experience.
- Company’s registration certificate.
- Company’s contact details (address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail, etc.).
- Manufacturer’s cement quality certificate, catalogue/brochure.
- List of bulk deliveries undertaken - names and contacts details of major clients.

This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
Thus, submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
