Background
The Kenya Ferry services Ltd is a state corporation with a core mandate of managing Ferry services in Kenya and associated links in East Africa.
Currently, the company operates a ferry service at Likoni and Mtongwe channels which are the link between Mombasa Island and the mainland. Over 190,000 pedestrians and over 5000 vehicles use the ferry services daily through the reliable trans-ocean channel commuter operations.
Kenya Ferry services Ltd has embarked on a number of sustainable projects created from this
scenario that intends to tap the mega business opportunity. One of these is the advertisement
potential arising thereof. The company therefore invites proposals from interested and duly capable investors to run and manage the advertisements at the operational areas on a lease basis.
The successful bidder will run advertisements on the areas agreed upon with the client as stipulated in the tender document.
Tender document with detailed specifications and conditions can be obtained from the procurement office, located at our head office Likoni mainland south Gaza road, during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 2,000/= per set at the cash office in form of cash or by bankers’ cheque payable to Kenya Ferry Services Ltd
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes shall be submitted in the manner spelt out in the tender document and shall be deposited in the tender box located at our headquarters at Peleleza Likoni mainland south so as to be received on or before 1000 HOURS ON TUESDAY
