ActionAid International Kenya (AAIK) is a non-governmental organization that facilitates processes that eradicate poverty and ensure social justice through anti-poverty projects, local institutional capability building and public policies influencing.
AAIK invites bids from eligible bidders for provision of courier services.
Interested courier companies may obtain tender documents from ActionAid International Kenya offices, Administration Department at All Africa Conference of Churches (AACC) building on Waiyaki Way, second (2nd) floor during normal working hours upon payment of a non refundable fee of Ksh 2,000 to the cashier, ActionAid International Kenya.
Bidders will be required to submit copies of current certificate of registration, Applicant's Audited accounts for the last three years up to 2009, list of five current major clients excluding AAIK (please attach copies of current contracts or any other evidence) and a Tax compliance certificate.
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope clearly marked, AAIK/T/O18/2010-2011 should be addressed and delivered to the undersigned or be deposited in the Tender Box at AAIK's main reception. All tenders to be received on or before 12.30 PM on 24th of September, 2010.

Tender documents will be opened at 2.00 PM the same day in the Boardroom located on the 2nd floor of All Africa Conference of Churches building.
Candidates or their Representatives are free to attend the opening session.
AAIK reserves the right to accept or reject any application and is not bound to give reason for its decisions.
