Printing of Maternal Child Health Booklet

Founded in 1933, the International Rescue Committee is a global leader in Emergency Relief, rehabilitation, protection of Human rights and post-conflict development. The IRC is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that has been working in Kenya since 1993.

This Tender Notice informs the general public that the IRC has a requirement for suppliers to provide the goods and services listed below:-

Offers for supply by tendering the following items:

Item Description

1. Printing of Maternal Child Health Booklet

When submitting offers to IRC, the following documents MUST accompany the offer:
  1. Bidders MUST bind the bid documents
  2. Bidders must attach a copy of certificate of registration.
  3. Bidders must attach a copy of the current valid trade license / local authority’s license.
  4. Bidders must attach a copy of V.A.T, PIN Certificate and valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
  5. Bidders must have fixed business premises.
  6. Bidders must provide a minimum of 3 (three) references / clients (attach copies of recommendation letters from clients)
  7. Bidders must submit bank statements for the last (3) three Months in the Name of the firm.
  8. The offer must include Brand, Manufacturer, and Country of Origin & Expiry Date if applicable.
  9. Bidders MUST attach a copy of the receipt used to procure the tender documents.
  10. Offers must include total delivery time from the confirmation of the order.
Note:
  • No partial deliveries will be accepted
  • A sample of the booklet will be available for viewing at the time of purchasing the tender documents
Tender documents for this supply may be obtained from IRC offices: International Rescue Committee, IKM Place, 4th Floor, Tower B, 5th Ngong Ave, Off Bishop’s Road, Upper Hill, Nairobi on payment of a Nonrefundable fee of KES. 2,000/=.

The tender is valid for seven (7) days inclusive of weekends from the date of advertisement.

Interested and suitably qualified manufacturers or suppliers may submit their offers and quotation documents in sealed envelopes clearly marked: Tender KEN/109/DDB/CS/PRINT

The IRC is not bound to accept the highest, lowest or any other tender or bid, and is not bound to give any reasons therefore.
