Interested and eligible candidates or their authorized agents may obtain tender documents from the Procurement Department, National Oil Corporation of Kenya, AON Minet House, 7th Floor, Mamlaka Road, off Nyerere Road, Nairobi, Kenya or www.nockenya.co.ke upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the sum of Kenya Shillings Five Thousand (Ksh. 5,000.00) only for each tender document payable in cash or by banker's cheque drawn in favour of National Oil Corporation of Kenya.
N/B: Candidates who had participated in the earlier fuel card tender need not pay the tender fee.
Tenders in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked "Tender for ......................: Tender No. NOCK/
PRC/............" Do Not Open Before ........... 2009 at......... should be addressed to:

Tenders submitted later than the indicated closing date and time shall automatically be disqualified. Tenders will be opened soon thereafter in the Corporation Boardroom on 5th Floor, AON Minet House in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who may wish to attend.
Tender documents are not transferable.
National Oil reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders either in whole or part.
