Tender documents with detailed specifications maybe obtained from the office of the Procurement Officer upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 5000/=(five thousand Kenya shillings only) in form of cash or bankers cheque or money order payable to Kimathi University College of Technology.
Tender documents must be accompanied by security bid bond equivalent to 2% of the tender sum from a reputable bank.
Duly completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes marked as follows:

Kimathi University College of Technology reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in whole or in part and does not bind itself to accept the lowest bidder nor give reasons for its decision.
